How vaulting works
ATM vaulting and cash loading, at three service levels
ATM vaulting means we handle the cash in your machines, so your own money isn't tied up sitting in a cassette and you aren't driving the route to load it. Envision ATM vaults and refills ATMs for operators and IADs, from a single machine to a whole route.
Pick the level that fits: cash loading only on the ATM you already own, cash loading plus full servicing and maintenance on your machine, or a machine we own, install at your contracted location and stock ourselves. Vaulting, refilling and processing on machines you already own are available in all 50 states.
Vaulting on your machine, cash only
We manage cash refilling for the ATM you already own at your contracted location. Cash only: servicing and maintenance are not included at this level.
Vaulting plus full servicing on your machine
Cash refilling plus full maintenance and servicing on your machine. Hands-off for you, and you keep ownership of the hardware.

What is ATM vaulting?
Vaulting means someone else supplies and loads the cash in your ATM, so your own money isn't tied up in the machine and you aren't carrying vault cash on the route. We vault for operators and IADs on a single machine or a whole route, with or without full servicing on the machine.
How much does ATM vaulting cost?
It is quoted per location, based on the distance from our nearest technician hub and how much cash the machine needs to hold. There is no flat national rate. Send us the locations and we'll quote them.
Do you vault and refill ATMs I already own?
Yes, at three levels: cash refills only, cash refills plus full servicing and maintenance on your machine, or a machine we provide, install at your contracted location and stock ourselves.
